Although not the main aspect of the business, we are also fully registered, skilled and able to offer the following services either for new-build, repairs or renovations subject to availability.

If you require more substantial building or renovation projects, whilst we do not offer these ourselves, as part of our property management and project management services we are able to assist in the sourcing, appointing and management of such services from registered and insured artisans.

Excavation and Groundworks (JCB and Driver)

Excavator and Operator service with our own well-maintained JCB 8015 1.5 tonne excavator. Ideal for groundworks, stump removal, pond digging, trenching, clearance etc. Rates are based on a fixed price or daily rate depending on the scope of works. Experienced and skilled machine operator with over 25 years experience of professional excavation projects allowing for efficient and accurate work. Subject to availability

Garden Projects and Landscaping

We offer the possibility of small landscaping projects such as driveways, patios and paved areas, terracing, stonework and timber structures. Experienced and skilled RHS Medal winning landscaper with over 25 years experience of the design and construction for professional projects of all sizes allowing for efficient and accurate work. Project Design and Management

As an RHS Medal Winning garden designer and constructor, we can offer a project design and/ or management service. This may be for renovation works, garden projects, extensions, garden buildings and suchlike. This can include an initial consultation appointment, basic or detailed drawings, and assistance with the implementation of your project. We can help source registered artisans to undertake the work, including electrician, plumbers and any other services required for your project, as well as assist in the appointment and management of these trades. We are also able to offer with administrative aspects such as planning declarations, commune permissions and any other administrative processes required for your project. Subject to availability

Property Maintenance and Management

We also offer a full range of services to help maintain and manage properties whether it is a holiday home or permanent residence. This can include emergency repair call outs, small DIY jobs, running repairs, replacements and maintenance. We are covered for a multitude of services and activities in the home and garden.
